Important limits

The 10% benefit excludes purchases, third-party charges, mileage, parking, tolls, membership fees, and transportation. It applies to eligible service-time fees only.

Parent Peace of Mind

Up to two coordination tasks each month.
A progress update for each coordination task.
Parent updates only with the student’s permission.

Up to four coordination tasks plus one local errand each month.
The included errand is up to one hour and 10 total driving miles.

10% off separately booked chauffeur service fees.

Important limits

Chauffeur savings exclude mileage, parking, tolls, and third-party charges. The included errand uses the same overages and approval rules shown below.

Errand pricing & limits

Simple local errand pricing, clearly scoped.

Standalone or additional errands: $40 for up to one hour and 10 total driving miles. Extra time is $10 per 15 minutes, and extra mileage is $0.75 per mile.

Those same overages apply to the included College Concierge Plus errand. Time and mileage are counted from departure from the Harrisonburg service base through completion and return.

We require customer approval before exceeding an allowance and show the estimated total before confirmation. Purchases, parking, tolls, and third-party costs are separate and also require approval.

Errands do not include passenger transportation. Student Essentials’ 10% benefit applies only to eligible service-time fees.
